Terms of Use

1. General

This Terms of Use (the Agreement) governs use of dayzr.ru, RETRO DAYZ game servers, Discord, tickets, stats, rewards and all project services (the Services).

By using the Services you fully accept this Agreement, the Project Rules, the Privacy Policy and all published project policies.

2. Acceptance

By playing on RETRO DAYZ servers, visiting the site, logging in via Steam or Discord, or using any project feature, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood the Rules, this Agreement and the Privacy Policy;
• you agree to comply with them in full;
• you have no claims against the Administration regarding gameplay, sanctions, checks, access restrictions, wipes, rewards, donations or Service operation when actions comply with the Rules and this Agreement;
• you are of legal age or act with guardian consent.

3. Project rules

Project Rules are integral to this Agreement. Violations may result in kicks, bans, progress resets, reward removal and access restrictions.

4. Checks and anti-cheat

In disputed situations or when cheating, unauthorized software, macros, exploits, multi-accounting or similar is suspected, you agree to undergo verification as required by the Administration, including RetroScan, screenshots, video, logs, game files, Steam/Discord data and temporary access restrictions.

Refusal, evasion or false data may be treated as a violation and lead to permanent bans without refund of donations or rewards.

5. Progress and wipes

Progress, builds, items, stats and rewards exist only within the Services and may be changed or removed during wipes, bans, updates or admin actions. You do not acquire ownership of virtual items.

6. Voluntary donations

Donations are voluntary support, not payment for guaranteed goods or services.

• donations are non-refundable under any circumstances;
• donations do not grant immunity from Rules or checks;
• donation perks may be changed or revoked if Rules are violated.

7. Limitation of liability

The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted service, is not liable for lost progress, indirect damages or other players' actions, and is not obliged to provide compensation or refunds except where required by law. Use at your own risk.

8. Tickets

Creating a ticket confirms you read the Rules and FAQ and agree to data processing under the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

The current version is always on the Terms of Use page. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

10. Law and disputes

Russian law applies. Services are provided for entertainment purposes.
