How RETRO DAYZ handles data and what you agree to when using our services.

1. General

This Privacy Policy describes how RETRO DAYZ (dayzr.ru, game servers, Discord, tickets and related services) handles user information.

We act in good faith, within the Project Rules, Terms of Use and applicable law.

2. Voluntary data provision

We do not collect data covertly. Users voluntarily provide information when logging in via Steam/Discord, playing on servers, creating tickets, undergoing checks (RetroScan, admin requests), using Discord features, rewards or donations.

Without required data, some features may be unavailable. Using the Services means accepting this Policy and the Terms of Use.

3. Data we may receive

Steam: SteamID64, display name, avatar (OpenID; we never store Steam passwords);
Discord: ID, nickname, link to Steam if bound;
Gameplay: stats, KillFeed, achievements, RetroCoin, promos;
Tickets: messages and attachments;
Checks: materials voluntarily provided during verification;
Technical: IP, cookies, language, User-Agent;
Donations: we do not store full card data on the site.

4. Player checks

Additional materials for disputed situations or cheat suspicion are provided voluntarily under the Terms of Use. We use them only for moderation and fair play, not for public disclosure or sale.

5. Purposes

Authentication, stats, leaderboards, moderation, tickets, rewards, security, anti-cheat and service improvement.

6. Third parties

We do not sell personal data. Sharing only with service providers (Steam, Discord, hosting, payments), lawful requests or to protect rights.

7. Security and retention

Data is stored with reasonable security measures for periods needed for service operation, moderation and dispute resolution.

8. Your rights

Request information, correction or deletion via ticket. Deletion may limit access. Some records (e.g. ban logs) may be retained for security.

9. Donations

Voluntary donations do not create debt to the Administration. No refunds — see Terms of Use.

10. Consent by using Services

By playing on RETRO DAYZ servers and using the site you agree to this Policy, Terms, Rules, checks, stats processing, tickets, Discord integration and non-refundable donations.
